Gelatin backed waterslide paper for transfer appliances & tattoos.

A laser printer or photocopier is recommended for printing custom tattoos. Inkjet printers will bleed.

Creating DIY Tattoos

1. Print design in reverse onto the waterslide paper. Only use a laser printer as inkjet will bleed.
2. Apply adhesive over the design. Pros-Aide original is good for this step. Apply with a sponge or for a better finish via airbrush. Let dry.
3. Place acetate release paper over the design, making sure the release coated side is facing down onto the Pros-Aide.
4. Cut out individual tattoo designs
5. When ready to use simply peel off the acetate paper and press the design onto clean skin.
6. Wet the back of the paper with a damp sponge. Once the water soaks through the paper it will slide off.
7. A cotton tip and 99% alcohol can be used to remove any unwanted section of the design and clean up edges. Alcohol activated inks can be used to enhance the design.
8. Apply a matte sealer like Blue Marble over the transfer to remove any tack and shine. Additionally Scotty's Liquid Shine Eliminator can be used to further remove any shine.
9. Remove with Telesis Super Solve, Isopropyl Myristate, Beta Solve.

Only use a laser printer as inkjet will bleed.

You can also use the Waterslide paper when creating Pros-aide based 3D transfer prosthetics
